This Iraq vet, J.R. Salzman, has some
choice words for the president concerning the recent takeover of Iraq.
He takes to Twitter to deliver some hard hitting truth directed at
Obama:
Too bad Democrats and Republicans were in such a hurry to guarantee failure. Unlike the end of WWII when America occupied the countries and did the hard work required to create an ally. When the fighting ended in Iraq both parties were tripping over themselves to retreat. Now we can see the folly of that decision.
At this point going back or becoming involved in any way would be foolish. We have proven America is not interested in staying until the job is finished. No one with a quarter of a brain would ally with America a second time. We have proven we will abandon them in an instant to be killed.
Another thing that didn't happen after WW2 was conduct free elections among the defeated enemy while everything was still in a big mess. How smart was that one - it put the Shias in charge and now we have Iran coming in to help them out. Very predictable, so why would our Govt. do that - both Bush and Obama?
