ReplyDeleteI have a couple of friends that are veteran correctionns officers. The all say the saggy pants hung low was a way for homosexual inmates to advertise that they are available for sex. How it turned into what it is now Im not sure. I figgured it as a means of smuggling a weapon or other stuff or maybe as a defense to keep from getting kicked in the jewels. Anyhow it sure looks dumb.
