Some people say that California’s “affirmative consent” law goes too far. But what these archaic misogynists don’t realize is that adult women are just not strong enough to articulate what they want in sexual situations.
A lot of laws say that sexual assault is forcing sex on someone who said no or who is unable to say no. But here’s the problem: We need to realize that women are, in general, not able to say no. It’s too hard.
Oh, and by the way, just one yes isn’t enough.

ReplyDeleteoh for the chance to say NO.... or YES !!! ;)
:) !
DeleteOh brother. One of the reasons I left that moonbat state. A swift kick in the nuts was all the no I ever needed. Universal language.
ReplyDeleteUniversal language.
DeleteSpeech not required. :)
What WILL results from this law is 1) a lot more video being taken of the seduction and the sex itself anticipating defense against a "regret rape" allegation, and 2) a lot more such video ending up on the internet.
ReplyDeleteHadn't thought of that. Thanks.
DeleteI am picturing a scenario where both parties are wearing those helmets like the cops who are supposed to video all their encounters for future use in a court of law... yoiks....
Deleteyoiks....
DeleteIt is! :)
Darn my luck. I might need to move to Cali to find these women that can't say NO.
ReplyDelete:)
DeleteOnce again, just like common core, after reading this I think my brain is ready to ooze out my ears. Who thinks this stuff up? No wonder there are so many queers in California. Now if youll please excuse me I must go install ear plugs to keep my brain in.

One must ask how many "YES" answers then it will take to finally convince a sane man to agree to having sex? I know if it takes me more then one I am not just that interested anymore. The mood has past.... I am so glad I don't live there. More then enough sane, intelligent women in the Midwest who know how to say no and one yes and mean it without repercussions.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteIts been awhile since I read 'Brave New World' , but wasnt sex reduced to a similar contractual obligation in the book?
ReplyDeleteAgain. Too many people with not enough important things to do and no reason for their existence but to take control over others.

Dedicated to those poor weak young women in California - there is another way to go, y'know...like waiting for the right guy (Dinosaur Alert). Let Etta tell you more:

:) How far today's music has fallen.
DeleteWow. Unemployment and the bad economy must be all better in californicate if this is all they have to worry about. The state must really think very little of the Women of California.
