The federal government will be forced to step in if parents continue opting their children out of Common Core testing, according to U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan.

Asked Tuesday whether states need to do more to reduce the number of Common Core opt outs, Duncan replied: “We think most states will do that … If states don’t do that, then we have an obligation to step in.”

The remark comes as hundreds of thousands of students throughout the nation are opting out of the testing.

  1. You can bet that this whore will not be among the men that she sends in to die on behalf of a Tyrant. No, I suspect she will be hiding behind some desk in Washington D.C.

  2. The feds job is not to rule over the people; their job is to keep the country safe
which they refuse to do, therefore, they have reason to exist. Common Core opt- out is a choice.

  3. Common Core is replacing inefficient, empathetic, caring humans; for computers!
Get parents and teachers out of the 'process'.
So children can be vaccinated and indoctrinated instead of 'educated'.
Behavioral modification is more effective when you can actually monitor the child in real time as they are deliberating.
Have all tests graded in Switzerland, a global, standardized system.
