A
man accused of fatally beating his girlfriend’s 9-year-old son over a
missing piece of birthday cake pleaded guilty to second-degree murder
Thursday and was sentenced to 30 years in prison by a judge who likened
the boy’s treatment to torture.
For weeks before the beating, Jack Garcia was a
virtual prisoner in the Hagerstown apartment he shared with his mother,
her brother and her fiancé Robert Leroy Wilson, a prosecutor said. Jack
was routinely deprived of food if Wilson felt the boy hadn’t exerted
himself enough, and he was handcuffed to a chair or beaten with a bamboo
sword if he took food without permission, the evidence showed.
“What a bleak existence this little person had,” said Washington County Circuit Judge M. Kenneth Long.

Another POS that ought to get a 22LR the back of the head. Let's call it; behavior and social modification through the aggressive use of mineral therapy delivered at high velocity.
ReplyDeleteAs for that single mom, put her ass behind bars with absolutely no chance for parole for the full 30 years. What worthless POS for a mom would let any man harm her child? Where were all the other so called adults who saw and suspected that poor kid was being abused and did nothing? I hope and pray that his death torments them for the rest of their lives.
What that woman and all woman should tell the "men" in their lives is this: Before you even think of laying a hand on me or my child, just remember one thing, you have to sleep some time. Death to all child abusers!
