Most appropriate charges.

Huntsville police confirmed three people died after a two-vehicle crash on I-565 Thursday morning. Police said a car was traveling westbound on the eastbound lane and hit an SUV.

Benjamin Johnson, 21 and three-year-old Hayden Martella were traveling in the SUV. Both were pronounced dead at the scene. The child's mother, Alexa Hannig, 22, was transported to the hospital where she died a short time later.

The wreck was several yards from the U.S. Space and Rocket Center.

  2. This type of thing is becoming an all too often occurrence. Of course it is conjecture on my part, but I would wager senor Cortez did not have a drivers license, or insurance.

  3. FACTS:
Carai was born and raised in Louisiana.
Carai is "cajun" which we are of French and European descent. NOT HISPANIC/MEXICAN. Just because he has the last name of Cortez does not indicate he is not of this country. Also, Carai is MIXED. Father black, Mother white. That is why he has dark skin.
Carai does have a license and car insurance so please take your assumptions elsewhere.
This is my brother, he is paying for his actions. Instead of assuming and judging how about we pray for ALL involved because our family is just as heartbroken that lives were lost in a senseless act as everyone else including the other family.

    1. Thank you. Do you consider the murder charges justified?
