'Young Brock T Guarding The Farm'. Pops came up with the title and I have it hanging in my kitchen.
Don't torture yourself reading the PC commentary.

620,000 dead, cities in ruin ... the civil war decimated the United States. To mark the 150th anniversary of its end, Guardian photographer David Levene took a trip across America to re-create some of the most iconic photographs taken at the time.

  1. They should have shown the Angle at Gettysburg (my birthplace). Better yet the view from Seminary Ridge. Then they might have some modest appreciation of what Faulkner said "For every Southern boy fourteen years old, not once but whenever he wants it, there is the instant when it’s still not yet two oclock on that July afternoon...." I saw that look in an Iowa boy's eyes last time I was there. Saw it in the eyes of a lot of people who voted for the man now in the White House too.
