There are many foreign countries that refuse to retake illegal immigrants convicted of crimes, according to the congressman, including Vietnam, Cuba and China.
Approximately 30 countries are refusing to accept the deportations of illegal immigrants who have committed serious crimes in the U.S., according to Texas Rep. Henry Cuellar.

While these countries are refusing to accept the deportations of these criminals, the U.S. government is still issuing visas and student visas to citizens of those countries, according to the Texan congressman. There is already a law on the books which allows the U.S. to hold visas from a country that is not taking back its criminals, but according to Cuellar, the U.S. is not enforcing it.

“We’re not enforcing it, which is amazing. So now my intent is to go back to our committee on appropriations and affect their funding until they do that,” Cuellar told Sharyl Attkisson, host of Full Measure, in an interview.

  1. Fit them with parachutes and drop them in, or deliver them in rubber boats by submarine.

Since their country doesn't want them there, give them weapons, ammunition, and explosive ordnance, so they can fight with the police and other assorted criminals.

Don't give them any food or anything to drink prior to delivery, so that when they finally land on their own native soil, they'll be sufficiently desperate.

This should be done with ALL illegal aliens, not just the ones convicted of heinous crimes.

  2. I know the ladies in black dresses would stop it. But cancel all VISAs issued and immediately deport everyone with one. Stop all future VISAs until they accept their criminals. Also immediately cut all aid to that country.

    1. Thanks and I would say 'Stop all future VISAs until they accept their criminals. Also immediately cut all aid to that country' would be sufficient.

  3. The story is, like more fake news today, missing key ingredients.

    1. If the immigrants have committed serious crimes, why are they not in American jails, doing their time?
    2. Sending criminals back to their home countries only to watch them be released and return to the USA is a pointless proposition for everyone involved and sets the policy that immigrants get away with murder but citizens do the time.
    3. The article doesn't mention what qualifies as a serious crime. But not all crimes are alike.
    4. If the crime is legitimately serious, I would politely ask the home country if they want their citizen back. if the answer is "no", execute them. When word gets around, criminals with serious crimes won't be trying to get back into the USA.
    5. To start with, I would execute every member of MS-13 currently in US jails. All of them. Membership in a violent murdering-raping gang makes you an accomplice to murder-rape. There is no need to waste money on fruitless attempts at rehab.
