President Trump Makes a Statement on Healthcare Law

Via Billy

President Trump: “What would be really good with no Democrat support if the Democrats-when it explodes which it will soon. If they got together with us and got a real healthcare bill I’d be totally open to it and I think that will happen.
I think the losers are Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer because now they own Obamacare. They own it, 100% own it”

  1. Now that Ryancare is dead. I pray republicans spend the next year, and develop a true working plan. Enough of the secret backroom dealing. Open up debate and input from everyone. Listen to ideas from everywhere. Add in the few good parts of Obamacare. But do it in the open and with input from everyone willing to put forth an idea. Not all ideas can or should be added but they should be heard. Because only a plan developed in the light, has any chance.

    1. Agreed and seems they would have been putting different suggestions together during the last eight years.

  2. They've been in 'unconstitutional' mode for the last eight years, so why stop now?

Trump should write an executive order Monday ending the Obamacare participation exemption for Congress and their staffs.

Obamacare will be repealed by Friday.

    1. That's a point, but repeal needs to be replaced and evidently they have nothing plausible at this time.

    2. Yesterday I watched an old episode of Boston Legal. William Shatner, speaking about the assault rifle ban, asked head lawyer Candace Bergen "What kind of politician supports a law and then lets it expire? She replied "A Democrat." Within an hour I heard that the bill to repeal Obamacare had been withdrawn. Heh. All big government pols are liars, and I keep on voting for them. Doing the same things and expecting different results-standard definition of insanity. Glad I have Medicare. Fifty years I stood in election day snow passing out Republican propaganda and still voted for W twice and then made propaganda packets for that great war hero John Mc. I now have 84 winters but show no signs of getting smarter. Your results may vary. Just sent my beautiful wife of soon 60 years to the local

Well, this vote for Trump will be my last dumb vote. GWB., Crazy John M., and the New York Billionaire. Three strikes and I'm out. 3. A perfect healthcare plan cannot exist. I don't know that there was anything wrong with this latest plan except that it wasn't perfect. The Dems will never vote for a Rep plan. Far right Reps see healthcare plans as an entitlement on top of a $20-TRILLION debt that we can't afford. Insurances company lobbyists are not going to support any plan that breaks them. Congress can meet and talk 24/7 for the next year, but they will never end up with the perfect plan. Meanwhile, Obamacare will fail. It was designed to fail to force a single-payer system.

No ifs, ands or buts about it, period.
