Candidate to be first female Navy SEAL officer quits after a week

Via Billy

If, by some miracle I got off the bus for SEAL training, my immediate question would be, where is the bell? ! :)

A women aiming to become the first female Navy SEAL officer quit about a week into the initial training, Task and Purpose reported Thursday.

The unidentified female candidate dropped out in early August during a three-week course in San Diego that began July 24. It was the first assessment of potential SEAL officers before they can be sent on to more grueling courses, according to the website, which cited "multiple Naval Special Warfare Command sources.

  1. The reason why Navy SEALs are held in such high regard as an exception, formidable fighting unit is because it does discriminate! A Navy SEAL (as well as all other elite special operation troops) does what the enemy thinks can not be done when then the enemy does not it can happen. Therefore only the best of the best are selected. All other considerations do not matter. The ONLY way a female will become a Navy SEAL, is when the current standards are lowered to allow a female to "qualify". SEAL training has two parts, first is the very physically demanding rigors. Females do not have the physical strength. Period. Second is mental. Can a candidate force himself to keep going when at his physical limits; exhausted, sleep deprived, wet, cold, hungry and under constant stress? And the consent ever present lure of, if you want to quit just ring the bell.

What the SJWs and the rabid fanatical feminists refuse to comprehend is the reality of unintended and delayed consequences. The demands and abuse place on the body by military service does come back to bite you in the ass. You are worn out before your time. Just visit any VA hospital. I know myself well enough to know that I do not have what it takes to endure training program to become a Navy SEAL. I maybe tough, but I am not that tough. So I thank God that there are those who are, and they are out there defending the rest of us. Gentleman thank-you! In war there is no prize for second place.

  2. I am an unapologetic sexist pig. There are many place women can serve and help our military. But they have no business being in any combat rolls.
