This is exactly what some blacks do - they deliberately instigate trouble. There use to be a lounge in the Holiday Inn in Perry, GA called The Red Fox Lounge. The same band, on Friday and Saturday played there for yrs., the same kind of people came to dance, businessmen would pop in when in town for Pabst, Continental Can. One nite a black guy walked in, not a businessman but sort of thugey. He sat way in the back in an elevated area of the lounge. He just sat there staring, never ordered a drink for a couple of hrs. He came to cause trouble but was asked to leave when he refused to order a drink.
