Exactly. Hey, Brock, a couple yrs. ago you posted the name of a place you purchased country hams. I, some how, cannot find the saved info. Can you post the name of the vendor you praised? Thanks.
Here it is and the price has gone up 30% from last year. My Sister Anne buys me the one below each year for Christmas. It lasts until the next December and the top French restaurants in their country use it in their menu. Absolutely nothing like it, salty needless to say and you must slice it paper thin to have the best favor. My Brother Henry sent me an excellent knife for this recently if you're interested. Thanks. I usually buy two vegetables dishes from a country restaurant here, come home, slice the ham and I'm ready to go! :)
