It should be painfully clear now; the FBI is broken. We have seen failure after failure for the last several years. Can it be fixed, I do not know? But it is clear it needs a MAJOR shakeup. I believe the field agents are honest and hardworking. But once you move into management. I am not sure how far down the corruption goes. Does it extend to managers in field offices? Maybe shutting down the entire FBI and starting over with the Marshal’s Service is the solution.
