Beto Repeatedly Says He Supports 2nd Amendment Despite Calling for AR-15 Ban

Via Billy

Pro-gun control Texas Democratic Senate candidate Beto O'Rourke repeatedly said he supports the Second Amendment during a debate with Sen. Ted Cruz (R., Texas) on Friday.

Cruz claimed O'Rourke would support Supreme Court justices who "would undermine the Second Amendment."

"Let me talk for a moment about the case Heller vs. District of Columbia," Cruz said. "It’s a landmark case that upheld the individual right to keep and bear arms under the Second Amendment."

  1. What can you expect from little Bobby, the infant who fled his drunken accident? Do you suppose he became Hispanic recently?

Oh Bobby tell us true, have you even been to a Taco Bell or is that too hispanic for you?

  2. What part of "shall not be infringed" does he not understand?

    Infringe:

actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.).
"making an unauthorized copy would infringe copyright"
synonyms: contravene, violate, transgress, break, breach; disobey, defy, flout, fly in the face of; disregard, ignore, neglect; go beyond, overstep, exceed; infract
"the statute infringed constitutionally guaranteed rights"
act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on.
"his legal rights were being infringed"
synonyms: restrict, limit, curb, check, encroach on; undermine, erode, diminish, weaken, impair, damage, compromise
"the surveillance infringed on his rights"

The Federal Government has NO delegated powers for any gun laws pertaining to the People. The Bill of Rights was added "to prevent (such) "usurpations and abuses", so ALL Federal gun laws pertaining to the People are ILLEGAL according to the 2nd Amendment and the 10th Amendment since the fedgov has NO DELEGATED POWERS without which it may do NOTHING!! -Ron W

  3. The 2nd Amendment subordinate clause re: "militia" references the enumerated power in Article I, Section 8.15-16 by which the United States Federal Government only has power " for governing such part of THEM" (the militia) as may be EMPLOYED IN ITS SERVICE"! So it has no power pertaining to "the right of the People to keep and bear arms"except it's hirelings. This is obvious IF one understands the basic rules of English grammar and the meaning of the words in their grammatical context!! Such willful ignorance is maddening to me! --Ron W
