Here’s what we know about the new accusations against Brett Kavanaugh

Unfortunately, he is doomed and I'm sure he wishes he hadn't been picked as his life and his families has been ruined. I imagine he will withdraw stating the above in so many words and allow Trump to put another name forward. Maybe an Asian female.

An explosive New Yorker report published Sunday night says that a second woman has come forward to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.

And about 15 minutes before the New Yorker report was published, lawyer Michael Avenatti — who also represents adult film star Stormy Daniels — tweeted that he is representing a third woman who has “credible information” about Kavanaugh and his high school friend Mark Judge.

The new allegations added to the accusations from Christine Blasey Ford that have roiled the nomination hearings of President Trump’s Supreme Court pick.

  1. He isn't "doomed". No one believes any of this. Everyone on both sides know it's all just politics. Worst case, he is still a sitting federal judge. Democrats hope it works just enough to stall until after the election where they hope to take the Senate. Then the supreme court will be a body of only 8 justices until the next Democrat gets elected to president.

    1. Withdrawing his name will indicate guilt, and the Democrats will have a field day. He will stand strong and be confirmed. We should get rid of the cowardly Republicans who have been there forever; bought and paid for and get some new blood. Hopefully it is not too late to save us.

    2. Sadly, this is probably the case. But you can bet your bottom dollar that things will never be the same in government if they squash Kavanaugh. If we thought that politics were spiteful at times before, just wait until the Democrats kill the nomination of a well qualified candidate, who to all outward appearances is a man of character. I would not want to count on much getting done.

Not to a honest man as his family comes first. He/they must feel horrible. I certainly do.

I believe that this is the man now. Ive said this before but let he without sin cast the first stone and I certainly couldn't do it.

    5. Not only is Kavanaugh qualified, he is respected by pretty much everyone who knows him. But I have said it before. The Democrats don't care if he gets in. The just want to fight so hard, and make him look bad, so the Democrats who looked like they might have to vote for him, due to the election in the states that Trump won, could then vote against him, with no repercussions come November.
Funny how none of the mud is being tossed Feinstein's way, for holding onto the letter for so long. The Republican's would do well to send a little love her way, to take some of the heat off Kavanaugh.

Precisely what I was thinking awhile ago.

  3. Why doesn't Sessions call all those lawyers and bimbos together in a conference room and lay down the law, saying all their allegations will be investigated and if they are lying or fall short of proof, the lawyers will be disbarred, and very lengthy prison sentence await them for conspiracy, perjury and RICO statues. Enough of this BS.

  4. Lord, how many times are REgressives going to run the same play and get away with it? EVERYONE knows this is total bullshit. We've seen it time after time. When the deed has been accomplished, the lying cunts disappear as if by magic.

It's like a football team lining up for a punt on 4th down and they run it EVERYTIME and still p/u the first.

Or a tennis player running to net looking like he's going cross court but EVERYTIME he hits a drop shot.

It's our sides' own damn fault. Hold the f*cking vote and let them bitch & moan. Maybe we'll luck out and a couple of them will die whn their heads explode.

We will never get them on our side of the fence and all the playing nice in the world ain't gonna change that.

    2. Some time ago I saw a quote on blazingcatfur… going from memory it's "Trying to please your enemies does not turn them into friends".

It's a lesson that it is WELL PAST TIME our side learned.

  5. Count on, count on, count on the fact that these women will vanish like a vampire at dawn as soon as he's out of the picture.

Count on, count on, count on the fact that the next nominee will have similar smears pop out of the woodwork. And the Dems will do it again.

And one more thing. Count on, count on, count on the fact that if the Left takes the House, they'll impeach Trump. If they take the Senate too they may actually get enough neverTrumpers to go along. And in 2020 when they take the WH too, they'll take steps to NEVER let another R in again.

    * Instant citizenship for all illegals.
    * Instant citizenship for the hordes of Islamic invaders they'll let in.
    * Instant voting rights for all released felons.

They'll create a permanent voter base so large nobody can overcome it. Elections will become a farce. And then IT starts.

  6. The one thing this President should not do is to abandon Brett Kananaugh, which I don't believe he will. If for whatever reason the man steps down, the LAST thing I don't want to see is the President nominate a woman!

  7. The problem as I see it is that if this is allowed to continue, Then we no longer have a legitimate government with a voting/ elections system that can be trusted. Honestly I don't care for Judge Kavanaugh, he is too much of a "bush" republican. But if the communist are not ruthlessly stopped from this obvious hoax. Why then the only rule left is Rule .308. Feinstein has provided undeniable proof that there is no longer any way to fix our broken system without the extermination of almost everyone who has ever been involved with the federal government. It is time to burn down this infested and rotting outhouse and start over---Ray

    4. Foo. One wife is enough.

Though my wife, a Muslim, once did say that if I converted - said in jest as she knows I never would - I could have more.

There's this Persian hottie at my job that'd fit the bill.

  10. Perhaps Kavanaugh would consider a position as the head of the DOJ.
