President Trump on Sunday vowed to review the case of a former Army Green Beret who has been charged with the killing a man in Afghanistan whom he suspected was a Taliban bombmaker.

Army Maj. Matthew Golsteyn was charged with murder on Thursday, long after he acknowledged the killing in a 2016 Fox News interview.

  1. There is discussion of rules of engagement; Maj. Golsteyn correctly targeted an enemy but the roe were violated.
My point is as Mosby, Jackson, and Patton would have concluded: Kill the enemy and let them surrender. Keep killing them until they do.
My apologies for the unkind sentiment during this Christmas season, but the continued presence of an aggressive enemy is also counter to the blessings of the season. The enemy has every opportunity to repent or surrender, that he does not is no fault of ours.

  2. AS WELL HE SHOULD! There are so many Mid level Officers, and top brass, who are leftovers from Lil Bath-house Barry's Reign as CIC. I'm betting there should be hundreds of Appeals flooding the Military Courts.
