Armed Homeowner Single-Handedly Takes Out 4 Home Invasion Suspects

Authorities are investigating an attempted Houston home invasion where a single homeowner reportedly used a gun to defend himself from at least four suspected burglarers.

Police say several men forced their way into a home; varying reports put the number at four or five. The homeowner shot all of them, according to KHOU.

Three of the four suspects died, and one was hospitalized, police said.

  1. Taxpayer relief shots like this one warms the cockles of my heart. I hope the Texas homeowner is sleeping the deep slumber of the just tonight. Rest well, a job well done. and tomorrow, a little CQB range time to get that 75% success rate up to 100%...

    2. I don't either. This man was trained as his shot placement was much better than the average home owner that defends themselves.

    3. I think that number qualifies as "a mass shooting", but I predict no wall-to-wall mass media coverage--probably none. Also, I wonder if he used one of those evil, "no one needs" weapons, otherwise described as an ordinary semi-auto rifle.

I just searched and found no info on the weapon.

    6. Nonetheless, the "lies of omission" major media despises an armed citizen or citizenry being the first line of their own defense so such is not newsworthy. They prefer that hired guns have a "monopoly of violence" and no duty to provide citizen defense. --Ron W
