    What I found to be inexplicable was the Black Hebrews began the
    ceremony by taunting and verbally attacking the Indians but
    Phillips' goes after the students for nothing but watching while awaiting their bus.
    Phillips' entered their space to antagonize the students.
    Sounds like a cowardly move on Phillips' part. Easy prey is the
    Indian way not to mention the Black's way.
