Then again, a good friend in Maine tells me that the demographics / populations are such that the 2-3 liberal cities outweigh the rest of the state vote-wise. Like NY, like IL, and others.
Come to think of it, I think we should split all the states; rural vs. urban.
Add Congressman Will Hurd, who knows so much more about border security than either the people who live on the border in his district and Trump.
