Levin: “If you guys in the media would do your damn job and ask Joe Biden and Hunter Biden what the hell’s going on, maybe the president wouldn’t have to raise the issue"

  1. I've read from multiple sources that under the treaty between Ukraine and the U.S., it is imperative that the president inquire through official channels with respect to pursuing suspected criminality. In other words, it is the duty of President Trump to ask.

In the U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section One, the president's oath of office; "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

The very first sentence in Article II directs that all executive powers shall be vested in the president. Again, it is Trump's duty, as the sitting president, to inquire.

Levin smacked those talking heads in the face. Of course they didn't like it. But Ed Henry tries to engage in intellectual battle. Henry the buffoon.

I met Levin once before I knew who he is. In a roadside coffee shop we two talked for about 40 minutes. It was a thoroughly engaging conversation. At times I struggled to keep up with his intellectual wit. Let me tell you, the man sure is highly informed of a great number of subjects, not only the political spectrum.
