Suffering horny toads, I have to burn my boots..... Hahahahaha! Cracked me up!
Hope you’re doing well Brock. I’ve discovered our normal lifestyle is called quarantine as not much is changed here. The wild turkeys are out and about, along with the other returned birds. I still have a three foot berm of snow in front of the house and a mini glacier down at the creek but the weather is getting warmer so I hope that the snow will be all gone by mid month in April. There’s enough bare earth that the chickens are busy gleaning bug eggs and weed seed. I have tomatoes and peppers started. I’m waiting a week or so then I hope to get my peas and onions planted.
Been busy on the house. We put up a tongue and groove wood ceiling upstairs, done more sheet rocking, and priming and painting trim. We’re already starting on firewood. Busy, busy.

That's truly wonderful and so good to hear y'all are doing well. I imagine you consider the move the best decision you ever made. Got to come see you sometime before my toes turn up.:) Say hi to you hubby. Just think, we've been at this many years. Do you remember how long?
I was wondering where they went!
ReplyDeleteThought I was being gaslighted.
