Add a zinc tablet and a bit of vitamin D to that list.
Yes, indyjonesouthere, about 4-5000 I.U.'s a day on the day, especially on days when it's not possible to get sunshine. And 50 mg of zinc. I take zinc-copper. It's important to take both when supplementing. Too bad the health experts for officialdom don't share info for strengthening health and immunity. --Ron W
You've been recommending this and more for a long time. Thanks.
Yes, Brock. But the so-called "health experts" (actually they're medical) NEVER mention doing anything to strengthen our immune systems! I think they don't care about our health and are only interested in helping officialdom go control us and keep us in fear until Big Pharma can roll out their vaccines which even Dr. Fauci had to admit under oath before Congress, could be "ineffective and dangerous"!!
they don't care about our health and are only interested in helping officialdom go control us and keep us in fear until Big Pharma can roll out their vaccines As usual filthy lucre is involved.
Scientifically wrong poster/information. There is no pH of coronavirus. pH is a measure of concentration of H+ ions. the pH of lemon juice is significantly less than 7.0, that is what we call acidic. The pH cannot be over 14 (chemically impossible in water at normal conditions). What they probably mean is that coronavirus infectivity could be reduced or destroyed by exposure to acidic pH, e.g. lemon juice or vinegar. So, the cleaning with vinegar will help eliminate virus from surfaces.
Don't know here.
True Dat! Sorry, Brock, you may have been beguiled, punked, or tricked. 0.01-7ph=Acidic. 7.1-14.0ph=Base/Alkali. Can't have base higher than 14, nor acid in the Negative range. Lemons are ACIDIC, NOT BASE. This Chart is FALSE INFO. This is Established Science, NOT Pseudo-science. So what is the real agenda of this info? Why would they put this out there, except to deceive? Unfortunately in today's world, most folks would gloss right over it, accept as true/factual. Others, may have just forgotten. No Worries though. We are ALL Human. Let's hear a Big Cheer for Common Core Education...https://www.thoughtco.com/what-does-ph-stand-for-608888
Way above my head....:)
Hell, I ain't no better. I evidently misspelled ph like 4 tines. Proper spelling is pH. The power of Hydrogen. In fact Spell Check says that boothe ways are wrong. What the heck do them Morans Know? Now I'm je3s gonna mess w/ 'em:>)
Reminds me of Amos n' Andy. :)
