  3. that's exactly where the starter is at on my 2000 Toyota tundra V8 motor. $705.00 parts and labor to replace it back in 2005.

  6. 1975 Fiat sedan To change the oil filter required draining and removing the radiator and cooling fan. Then removing exhaust manifold.

    1972 Ford F-150 To remove the 3rd bold holding the starter in place required a long double jointed arm with two elbows.

    Mid-1980s Mercury Capri To change the oil filter required jacking the front end, loosen and displace the radiator, loosening the motor mounts, slight jacking of the engine.
