'Inexplicable': Alito and Thomas Dissent as Supreme Court Strikes Down Pennsylvania Election Lawsuit.

“That decision to rewrite the rules seems to have affected too few ballots to change the outcome of any federal election. But that may not be the case in the future,” Thomas argued. “These cases provide us with an ideal opportunity to address just what authority nonlegislative officials have to set election rules, and to do so well before the next election cycle. The refusal to do so is inexplicable.” (Seems is a big word)

On Monday, the Supreme Court threw out several of the remaining challenges to the 2020 presidential election as moot, considering that former President Donald Trump conceded to Joe Biden, who has now become president. Yet Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas dissented, (I don't remember that) arguing that the Supreme Court should have taken the opportunity to clarify election law, especially in the case of Pennsylvania.

  1. Our republic is being murdered right before our eyes. All under a banner of the uncivil and immoral which are willing to burn our country to the ground if they have a chance to rule the ashes.

    1. Mind blowing and whatever happened to the three justices Trump appointed....? Are they already compromised or does Roberts have something to do with them.

  2. Cowards, paid off or blackmailed. Take your pick. It doesn't matter because they just assassinated the republic and replaced it with the corruption of "democracy."

  3. Anyone who actually believed that the SCOTUS was going to act otherwise
is delusional. The Fed judiciary is a WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY of the American Communist Party nee demonrats. They will ALWAYS rule as the left TELLS THEM TO RULE.

  5. I only read the paragraphs on this FNC page.
I read the words "...Trump conceded..."

When date/time did President Trump concede?
    What were his exact words?

    1. I mentioned this on another story and I don't remember either, so don't think he did.
