Read up on it and similar to Vietnamese rice whiskey that comes in 40, 60 and 80 percent. My Mother in-law would test this for me to be sure I didn't get screwed by dipping a chopstick in the bottle and if it burned after putting it in fire, she would pronounce 80%! :)
