A new judge has been assigned to oversee a legal challenge to a Senate-led audit of votes in Arizona’s largest county for the 2020 presidential election, the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County announced Monday.

Judge Daniel Martin will be taking over the case after Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Christopher Coury, a Republican appointee, recused himself from the legal challenge on April 25.

  1. This was ludicrous months ago, it is beyond that now. I imagine that the judge who recused himself was being threatened and did so to save stop the threats against him and his family. The judge appointed, I guarantee he is compromised and part of the "deep state" and will do what he is told to do by his handlers. Are we ever going to get a fair shake just to present the evidence. The evidence bears out that the election was stolen. I want it all to come out. I have family who really believe Joe Biden won and that he is a good man. I really want their eyes to be open and if this is proven to those who only watch MMS then maybe they will begin to question the whole damned corrupt system..

  2. The GOP judge was blackmailed somehow into "recusing" himself so the left could get THEIR GUY pinon charge. As I have stated repeatedly.,.the judiciary in America is corrupted beyond salvaging.
