The second-largest defense contractor in America is imposing an “anti-racism” program using critical race theory, arguing that white or straight or Christian men should “identify your privilege,” “participate in reparations,” and “decolonize your bookshelf.”
Raytheon Technologies Corporation implemented a program titled “Stronger Together.” As leading Critical Race Theory opponent and investigator Christopher Rufo, who obtained documents and videos from a whistleblower, reported:

DeleteI retired 6 years ago from TI/ Raytheon. Great company but heavy in management. TI to that which Raytheon brought the military section became pro gay prior to the purchase. Raytheon started to show spurts of snowflaking. Any group was allowed clubs/ support groups on campus except white males. Old `experience people jumped at retirement. Lecture about equality were common. Meetings on fixing a problem we were having with a product always turned into meetings about bs but not about the problem. Mangers weren't allowed to make decisions without getting around table vote 1st. More meetings always had two be called. But, Now doing away with equality and replacing it with a caste system where one minority is better than the next minority who is better than the next in line minority until finally low life white men are slime crawlers at the bottom. Expect mass exit of many.
