I authored this paper for an individual who wishes that the name be removed.  The name has been redacted from the copy provided here.

In order to assist the reader with a framework for understanding this paper, it should first be emphasized that it is written from a very specific theological perspective.  The necessary presuppositions are outlined at the beginning.

It could of course be objected that there may be other (what I am calling “committed Christians”) who do not hold one or more of the views expressed here.  The intent is not to engage a theological debate.  I could very well do that, but it is best left to another occasion.

  1. This is a wonderful paper. It presents legal religious arguments possibly can be used as a defense against receiving the covid-19 vaccine. At least, it should delay a decision on firing someone who refuses the vaccine. That way a case can be made for illegal firing of an employee. I support the the reasons discussed as any Christian should oppose abortion and interfering with your DNA, God's creation. Also, we don't really know what else it may be doing to our bodies to which Christians may object. I have had very few vaccines in my life and have rejected everyone offered for over 30 years. We also have a God Given right to reject any procedure that creates the evil of world mass genocide. Even if you aren't Christian, you have an obligation to preserve the freedom God has given us. Thank you for doing this research. I hope it helps many people. God Bless you and keep you safe by the beautiful immune system God has given us!!
