~~residentp HE MUST BE SPECIFIC AND identify the 'expertise' that provided the advice....maybe they are not experts at all, exactly like him. He must get transcripts of their advice and signed by them. He needs to go and get some more education as to be able to evaluate the advice because those giving the advice may be paid to give CERTAIN ADVICE to benefit others, and he must be able to verify the value of the advice. Basically he is unfit for the job allocated to him, but again probably placed in that position because those that may benefit, rely on him to be incompetent that will then benefit them because he is unfit to evaluate the true merit of the advice. Being unfit for a serious public position leaves the door open for crimes to be committed using the unfit as a proxy criminal.
