The $NAACP$ has finally moved out of the cellar, 0 stars, upwards to an whole 1 star on Charity Navigator while the $PLC has fallen from their 3 stars (used to be one) to 2 stars. Five is the best, so it is apparent that money given to these 'charitable organizations' is being wasted.
