Judicial Tyranny vs. Our Rights

 

We are now living in a tyranny of lawyers and the federal court system.  Liberal lawyers bring politically motivated suits and then defend SCOTUS decisions based on precedent rather than contractual words.  They have succeeded in eliminating many of the protections our founders guaranteed to us in the Constitution. 

There are several ways to implement total change in a country’s system of government.  Sudden change by revolution, while often effective, destroys the infrastructure, causes widespread suffering, and increases the risk of human fatalities.  Much more effective is a gradual change from within, that is, creating a domestic insurgency that is initially subtle and inconspicuous.  Successful insurgencies begin by providing necessities of life to a target population that serves as concealment when political and military operations are initiated.  The process of undermining a legitimate government usually requires years, but socialists are patient.  They understand how to brainwash vulnerable citizens into accepting the necessity for collectivist change.

“Smith and Meth-Son.”

The Meskwaki Nation Police Department in Iowa confiscated this week a homemade firearm dubbed the “Smith and Meth-Son.” The hilariously awkward contraption was apparently created by a felon with a history of firearm, meth, and cocaine violations.

The Meskwaki Police haven’t released any additional details about the case, but they posted a video and several images to their Facebook page.

Powell Gets Serious About 50 Basis Points

                                                                                             

Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell made it clear that the central bank's target is likely to go up by a half a percentage point at its next meeting. He also signaled that he is open to similarly large moves after that.

“It is appropriate in my view to be moving a little more quickly,” Powell said Thursday.

Treasury yields jumped and stocks sank on the news. This itself is a form of financial tightening and helps the Fed, so it was probably Powell's intended result.

The UN wants governments to consolidate 'all' education into a 'single system,' according to its latest report.

As the debate over parental involvement in education continues, a new UN report suggests more regulation needs to be placed on those opting to homeschool their children.

In the United Nations’ latest “Global education monitoring report” for “2021/2” titled “non-state actors in education: who chooses? who loses?” the global organization suggests that a stricter regulatory system needs to be implemented to ensure that there is uniformity in what children are taught, regardless of where or by whom they are educated.

So, what I have to say is gonna be, I think, somewhat maybe tedious.  I’ve tried to boil down stuff I’ve been working on for years, many chapters of a book project, and sometimes when you boil things down, it’s not like distilling rose petals. You don’t get the fine essence, what you get is thin gruel. So, I’m gonna check my time to make sure I don’t bore you to tears. All right. You’ve all had the experience: “What do you do for a living?” the Northerner inevitably asks someone he’s just met. The Southerner just as inevitably responds with a question: “Where are you from?” or if the two are very old-fashioned Southerners: “Where do your people bury?” which was Andrew Lytle’s great question. We’ve all heard something like this comparison a thousand times, it’s a commonplace of Southern regionalist conversation. Friends of the North, when they hear this commonplace, must wonder if there is any truth in it, or even if it is true, if there’s any deeper significance. Is it just a cultural tic as Vanderbilt professor Paul Kurtz (a transplanted Iowan, by the way), refers to Southern traditions such as saying “y’all” or eating mustard greens, or is it a surface indication of a divide that is more ethical than cultural and perhaps more spiritual than it is ethical? We get an early hint of what this means from the very young Eliza Lucas in 1742. Everybody knows who Eliza Lucas is in this room. If not then, well, you shouldn’t be here. Eliza was the daughter of a British officer stationed in the Caribbean and she’s managing her daddy’s plantation over west of the Ashley [River]. Eliza had been begging her father to let her siblings join her in South Carolina and she was lamenting the condition of a brother who had been given up by his doctor: “Our good friend, Mrs. Boddicott expresses the most tender concern for him. What then must those feel, who are related to him by blood as well as friendship?”

He suggests the Dresden area was a refugee center, a safe place for the 'displaced'.
Apparently, the allies waited until about 700,000 refugees joined the 500,000 residents...
...then turned the place to unlivable rubble.

The American propaganda machine claims ** only ** 21,000 civilian non-combatants perished.
Could their assessment be in error by a factor of 7,000% (seven thousand percent)?

My 'presentism' is offended by:
a -- the loss of life
b -- targeting non-combatant civilians and their civilization
c -- targeting a refugee zone
d-- timing the atrocities for the maximum deaths of refugees.
