Nothing wreaks of the police state like police officers assaulting and arresting children at school; especially an 11-year-old boy with autism.

Meet Kayleb Moon-Robinson, a 6th grader at Linkhorne Middle School, whose life has been forever changed thanks to the American police state.

Kayleb’s problems began one day as a teacher was yelling at him for misbehaving. In a fit of anger, Kaleb kicked a trashcan; not a teacher, not another student, a trashcan.

When the school police officer witnessed Kaleb’s attack on the trashcan, instead of getting detention or losing his recess break, Kaleb was arrested. He was then charged with disorderly conduct in juvenile court.

Disturbingly enough, none of the teachers or school officials saw a problem with the use of law enforcement to remedy middle school discipline problems.

“BUNDY RANCH” TYPE STANDOFF BREWING IN SOUTHERN OREGON BETWEEN MINERS AND BLM

Via David

For the past several years, the miners from the Galice Mining District, about 30 minutes west of Grants Pass, Oregon, have been arguing over who has the rights to the minerals in the ground around Galice Creek.  The Galice mining district is compiled of a number of claims, owners and miners and has been in continuous operation since the early 1870’s, which makes it one of the longest running operations in the US.  This specific operation predates the BLM bureaucracy by many decades in fact.

The area in question has produced in excess of 10 million ounces of gold since its conception, and geologists estimate that only 10% of the gold in the ground has been removed, which makes this area highly sought after by any standard.  It is said that children find gold with their hands in the creeks to this day.

BLM has made several attempts to disband the operation through violations that claim improper paperwork filing, ruling changes over time, and other unsubstantiated claims.

Twelve helicopters, bristling with guns and US Marines, breached the morning horizon and began a daring descent toward Cambodia’s besieged capital. The Americans were rushing in to save them, residents watching the aerial armada believed. But at the US Embassy, in a bleeding city about to die, the ambassador wept.

In a bizarre new twist on the religious liberty front, Colorado officials have determined that bakeries must cater to proponents of gay marriage but are not legally obliged to decorate cakes with Bible verses.

Christian activist Bill Jack has denounced a decision by the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Regulatory Agencies, which found Azucar Bakery in Denver not guilty of discrimination for refusing to bake a cake adorned with Bible quotes condemning sodomy.

Judge slams victims for tot's 'black men' fear

Via David

Jordan and Tommy Gray's 3-year-old daughter was watching SpongeBob Squarepants when two armed men broke into their home near Buechel on March 21, 2013, and robbed them at gunpoint.

Two years later, when one of the offenders was about to be sentenced, Jordan wrote in a victim impact statement that her daughter was still "in constant fear of black men." Both robbers were African-American.

"Whenever we are running errands, if we come across a black male, she holds me tight and begs me to leave," the mother said. "It has affected her friendships at school and our relationships with African-American friends."

Tommy Gray also wrote that since the crime, his daughter had been terrified of black males and that probation was not sufficient punishment for Gregory Wallace, 27, who had pleaded guilty to robbery.

"If holding a little girl at gunpoint gets you probation, then our system is flawed," Gray said.

12 Bad Strategies That Will Get Preppers Killed

Via David

If you’re involved in the preparedness lifestyle, you’re probably into planning. Most likely, you research and study the excellent preparedness strategies put out by experts. Whether we prepare for incidents small or large, we all ponder what we’d do if something world-as-we-know-it-ending went down.

The trouble is, a lot of the plans that get made are more likely  to get you killed than to save you. And people post these plans online, then new preppers read them and think, “Wow, what a great idea.”

Black city councilman breaks the silence on black on white crime

Black on white violence in Cleveland is no secret. But everyone pretends it is.

Until now.

Black city councilman Zack Reed has broken the silence:

"[Public Square] is ground zero on St. Patrick's Day for blacks to go beat up whites," Reed said to the Cleveland Plain Dealer. "I believe this is a hate crime because it is black folks purposefully going downtown to beat up white folks.”
Reed is talking about a recent episode of black mob violence on white people at a bus stop on St. Patrick’s Day in the part of downtown known as Public Square.  A local television station broke the story of the violence, and broadcast the video.

What to Say About Dixie?

 3rd national

What to say in brief compass about the South?—a subject that is worthy of the complete works of a Homer, a Shakespeare, or a Faulkner. The South is a geographical/historical/cultural reality that has provided a crucial source of identity for millions of people for three centuries. Long before there was an entity known as “the United States of America.” there was the South. Possibly, there will still be a Southern people long after the American Empire has col¬lapsed upon its hollow shell.

One fine historian defined the South as “not quite a nation within the nation, but the next thing to it.” The late M.E. Bradford, whose genial spirit watches over us even now, defined the South as “a vital and long-lasting bond, a corporate identity assumed by those who have contributed to it.” This is, characteristically, a broad and generous definition. He proceeded to illustrate that when visualizing the South, he always thought “of Lee in the Wilderness that day when his men refused to let him assume a position in the line of fire and tugged at the bridle of Traveler (S/B Traveller) until they had turned him aside.” This was clearly a society at war, not a government military machine

The Woman Who Wants To Be King

Well she's running folks...didn't think in the end that she would but she is.

Hillary Rodham Clinton made it official yesterday and now the 'fun' begins...if you call a chance that 'Ms.Pant-Suit' could win the presidency in 2016 'fun.' The woman more commonly and so rightfully known as the 'Butcher of Benghazi' has a lot of explaining to do as we on the conservative side will continue to pick her apart...one slimy, nasty, lying, traitorous piece at a time.

Hillary Clinton...so desperate to be America's first woman president...so desperate that she's been running for president since the day her hubby left office...is NO Margret Thatcher nor is she Golda Meir...both strong women who had the brains, fortitude, and know-how to lead their respective nations...and poor Hillary has none of those attributes. Hillary Clinton as president would be nothing but a third term for Obama...a continuation of a failed presidency as both Obama and Clinton have NOT a clue as to what constitutes reality in today's extremely dangerous and volatile world.
