Hell, yes. As my cousin, a *West Point graduate with 120 missions over North Vietnam says, "Line the border with claymores."
ReplyDelete*Marine aviation. A certain number of honor graduates are allowed to pick a different service than the Army, if they so choose. He took the Marines as his father was an officer for 40 years with them.
Get our troops out of the middle east and put them on the Mexican border.

Absolutely, but we'll have to tear Hussein away from ESPN long enough to order it, which could be an insurmountable task........
ReplyDeleteI watched the Beck show and the Blaze afterwards. Beck though I have my issues with him has been able to do more and show more now that he is on his own and away from the limitations Fox put on him. I cannot point his one at Obama even though he has done nothing to make the situation better. Both sides when in power have little to nothing to secure our borders. The only reason I can think of is they do not want them secured. The only reason they would not want them secured is that ultimately they do not want us to have borders. As bad as the southern border is the former border agent pointed out our northern border is less secure than our southern one when it comes to being able to keep out terrorists and those who wish to the country harm. He said border patrol has almost abandoned the northern border except at a few major crossing points. I remember from years ago when I live din northern New England there were many spots you could cross and there was no one there period.
ReplyDeleteA Laotian gentleman that I work with laughs when we talk about border problems and illegal crossings. He says simply lay out a mine field 200 feet wide along the border and no more problem.
The only reason they would not want them secured is that ultimately they do not want us to have borders.
