Yup.
It's not really a "jaywalker" - it's one of those mutts who strolls across the street, practically daring you to hit them, knowing you'll stop first and actually HOPING you'd not so they can sue over some minor injury.
I've been known to use a squeeze-bottle of water on them - or just my washer/wipers. At times I'd LIKE it to be a .45, but that's not legal...

Yes, the two observers looked like they were watching an everyday occurrence, but there is much worst in South Africa, needless to say.
