Lightning bugs! A long, long time ago kids would smunch 'em on their fingers and wear them as glowing rings......
Yep, Lightning bugs. Or Glow worms. Or Fireflies.But mostly lightning bugs. They go good with a bottle of pop. :)
Mixed with peanuts, couldn't be better.:)
There's also the song, "Glow, Little Glow Worm".But, us kids always called them lightning bugs.There was LOTS of them when I was a kid, but now - - - ?I hardly ever see any.
