NC: Morrisville considers (changing) state gun law

The Wicked Witch of the West

Mayor Jackie Holcombe said she isn’t pleased state legislators have expanded gun laws to allow permit holders to bring concealed weapons onto playgrounds, greenways and athletic fields.]

Holcombe is urging Morrisville town staff to review the new law, which went into effect Oct. 1, to see if there is room to restrict guns near children in public areas. The council is expected to vote on the revisions Oct. 22.

“I wanted staff to see if there are any options at all,” Holcombe said.

Under the state law, guns aren’t allowed during specific times such as cricket-league practices and soccer practices, she said. “But there is no similar option for parents who would like to use our playgrounds,” Holcombe said.

  1. A couple of months ago, I was at a soccer tournament with my teenage daughter, in another state.
On the huge parking lot near soccer fields, I saw a man taking something out of his car, holding a toddler on one hand, and his wife was standing on the other side of their car.
The guy was bending trying to reach whatever it was he was reaching for... and I saw a handgun tucked under his pants at 5 o'clock.
My immediate reaction: I approached him, while smiling wide, and said: "Sir, word of advice: your "concealed" does not looked so concealed."
When I was approaching him and started talking, he seemed very tense (and so was his wife), because apparently they both noticed his mistake.
When I was done saying my advice, he relaxed, laughed and said something like: "Yeah.. I noticed that, too! Thanks!"
I am sure it is just as illegal to carry a firearm to the sports tournament in that state as it is anywhere else. Do I care about that law?.. As a teen might say: "Not a single fuck was given on that day."
Actually, I appreciated what he was doing, because if there was a problem there, he would be most equipped to handle it.
I do have a concealed carry license in my home state, and I carry almost always almost everywhere, but not on that day: that state does not have reciprocity for my license.
Maybe, I should worry less about breaking some law or another, and worry more about my ability to defend my family...

    Oh... I almost forgot...
My message to the wicked witch in this article (above): fuck you, bitch.

You know, I noticed this long ago, and just keep getting confirmation all the time:
liberals always have some kind of craziness in their eyes.
    It's hard to explain...
It's like: how the heck do I immediately recognize another Russian here in the US?.. There's something in our eyes. Some kind of... I don't know... fear, perhaps?.. Or, "concern". Or, "distrust to other people". Or, all of the above. Kids who are genetically 100% russian, but grew up here, don't have that. It's not genetic, it's from the environment where we were raised.

Kinda the same shit with liberals: I see them when I look into their eyes.
I think it's some kind of insanity (who else would honestly support gun-free zones!?..), combines with shallowness. They are shallow, like a nice-looking zombie. No deep thoughts, no critical thinking process, only cliches from MSNBC and other lame-stream media.

Liberals are seriously fucked up in their heads.

May I use that quote Sir, its priceless"
Modern liberalism is seen by many mental health professionals as a mental disorder

and even going back to Albert Einstein who defined insanity as doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
Hence the term "zombie" which we apply to them, brain dead creatures who blindly follow a path with no cerebral guidance or will.
