The Brady Campaign, having last Wednesday finished a three-day "summit' in Washington D.C. attended by a few hundred forcible citizen disarmament zealots, is demanding that Congress "finish the job" of imposing oppressive gun laws on the once free American people:
"We will not go away until Congress finishes the job and extends effective Brady background checks, which have already saved so many lives, to online and all gun show sales.If the Brady Campaign were remotely interested in honesty, of course, they would acknowledge that even taking the draconian step of banning all private gun sales, as they currently demand, would come nowhere near "finishing the job" of disarming the American people to the Bradys' satisfaction.
