I was shocked once again (which means there is still hope for me not to be a hardened old bag), but really - if the parents/guardians of this girl don't go to jail along with her going to juvie, then there really is no justice. Finally the Media coverage is calling it what it is - Hate Crime.

that's right - and I have even seen that coverage delivered by AA news reporters. Maybe not everyone wants a Race War.
