The disease which could cause a nightmare which would shut down the entire economic engine of the United States and the West is finally starting to be treated seriously. The first outbreak of Ebola was traced to a two year old girl in Guinea according to a New York Times article on Saturday, August 9th, yet the US government has failed to deal with this threat seriously and the ongoing concern expressed by some members of the mainstream media as well as those of us in the alternative media has been ignored.
Tonight the state of North Carolina became the first of what I expect many state governments to act according to the Voice of America News:

I didn't realize those two missionaries were from NC -I thought they were from Texas. This sounds like a wise move indeed. So, Samaritan's Purse is part of the Franklin Graham ministry based in NC, which I also didn't know. I am kind of agreeing with Ann Coulter here about exposing our country to rare and lethal diseases by bringing sick missionaries back here for treatment. Is that being harsh of me? Then again it's a moot point considering the wide open nature of our southern border.
