Roy Moore orders ban on same-sex marriage licenses

Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore Sunday evening ordered the state's probate judges to not issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

The outspoken social conservative told judges in a six-page letter that a federal judge's decision striking down the state's ban on same-sex marriage was not binding on state courts, and that it had caused "confusion" in the state.

    Now lets see, who's going to take Judge Moore's rights away. There's always
    somebody to break the law to insert the unlawful. And what's so agonizing is
    that they get away with it, the unlawful that is.

    They got rid of him once but the more politicians try to get rid of him the more ordinary people will support him. Send us more Moores!
