"It's not the DEAD Confederates they need to be concerned about; it's the ones that are still LIVING.

The War was never over....it's just been waiting for the curtain to rise on Act 2... Scene 1.

The background scenery is about in place and the actors who had to change outfits for Act 2 are readying to take the stage.........

It's just been Intermission for the last 150 years.....

I hope everybody has plenty of food and drink on hand, because Act 2 promises to deliver a lot of audience participation,...wanted to, or not.

( Central Alabamaian all my life, but no matter where I find myself.......Southerner to the day I die.)

    1. The latest blatant 'don't let a crisis go to waste' actions have been the last straw for many, but we shall see. Thanks.

  2. All of those "The South shall rise again" bumper stickers I used to see as a kid suddenly have a new and wonderful meaning. I'm very happy to be living in these times - no sarcasm. Things are a bit shaky but we are making history and helping to shape the future. We get to watch and take part in a Great Awakening. Steady on.

  4. The divorce is going to be finalized as some point.

Our concentration at this point needs to be ensuring that we are a virtuous people for without virtue we will not succeed. The Founders stated this over and over and to this point everything they warned us about has and is coming true.

Our Constitution is not meant for any other than a virtuous people, electing virtuous representatives.

Things are much different now. The South is much more diverse than it was in the 1860's. We truly now can support ourselves and the north is no longer needed. In fact, they are a drain on our resources.

We still remember how to fight, the north for the most part does not.
We still believe in something higher than ourselves for the most part, the north does not.
We still believe in individualism and personal freedom and liberty, the north does not.
We have these and many more things in our favor but we still must return to being a virtuous, moral, and ethical people.

We desperately need our pastors and ministers to step up and do as was done in the first American Revolution and teach the fundamentals of freedom and liberty from the pulpit.
Without this we become the French revolution, not the American Revolution.

Push your pastors into action. Demand they stand up for freedom and liberty and we will succeed with God's help and support.

God bless and keep the powder dry.

  5. Bring it on. I'm tired of waiting and tired of the abuses brought on by carpetbeggers.

  6. Removing the confederate flag from the South Carolina capitol grounds will not change anything. No amount of anti-discrimination legislation will ever change what blacks are.
