I don't see the point of this. Cliven Bundy does not speak for "We the People" of Harney county, nor for "We the People" of the United States. He is not elected nor selected to do so by any process recognized under law or custom. So, this letter is self-serving and pretentious.
Since you post it without comment, Brock, I am wondering why you posted it. What was your point?
Not obvious. Information has a purpose. There is all sorts of stuff you are choosing to not post, but this you posted. Why did you select it. What point are you trying to support with it? That Bundy is a kook? That he knows the address of the County Sheriff? That he can sign his own name? Are you implying support for this method of making unsupportable demands of government officials? Is there something significant I am supposed to see about the font? Ink color? I really don't know what the point of this post is.
No need. I already deducted it on my 2015 tax return as a professional expense. There are some sites I can easily dismiss because what they write is just fruity, provably untrue, or just boring. Infowars, for example. I enjoy your historical posts and that alone is worth the cost of admission.

No harm done, there is a lot of stuff on the internet I have no interest in. I am interested in this because you posted it, without comment and without a link to any other site that would tell me what this is for. You may as well have posted a page from the TV guide (do they still have those?)
I was just curious, not unhappy. By all means, keep doing what you are doing, with my blessing. I will sate my underfed sense of internet entitlement with strong drink and booby pictures for a while.
