Meet twice yearly. 1 Committeeman, 1 Committeewoman and 1 Chairperson from each state. 

Committee members terms run from Convention to Convention. (Formerly 165 Members -- increased with the addition of three Members from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands). 

Executive Committee (28 members)(Rule 6) 

Sounding board for the Chair. Decisions between meetings of the full RNC.
