It doesn't have to be much more than a fence, what is needed is armed Humvees with night vision rolling every few miles apart along a dirt road a few hundred yards inside our territory to make unsophisticated entries on foot quite difficult. Your average peasant will not have the money to afford the more sophisticated tunnels, etc that the high level organized crime figures reserve for the most profitable schemes. Penniless "Honduran Youths" won't be showing up to go on the public dole.
We perhaps should also ask the Central American Catholics if birth control is really such a bad thing... If everyone in the world has 4+ children, we're going to be back to subsistence wages.
