Aztecs were freaking cannibals, as were seemingly many in MesoAmerica. I don't agree with how the Spaniards largely wiped out MesoAmerican and South American histories and culture, but they were pretty bad...
Today, since they have no culture and thus no pride, they're just generic Catholics who embrace Marxism. So, perhaps that's revenge on Europeans for going a bit far in our reconstruction of the Amerindians.
But who knows, maybe the native religions were so horrible they should have been removed.
Brazil for one. Marxism seems strong throughout the region though, this general anger at the wealthy and at Europeans. It's not a positive spirit, and I think that's partly why they have such corruption in Brazil.
I think they should have more pride, be more positive and community oriented. Anyone can be proud. You just build on what you have, build new traditions if need-be.
Right-wing thinking and left-wing are very different. The Left is angry and tends to want to pull things down while doesn't want to limit things like immigration. Because the Left doesn't see immigrants as different.
The Right though is more prone to focusing on its group, starting with the family, and improving things for them. It's positive.
If everyone in the world were more positive focused, the world would be better.

If I wanted to spread "equality" throughout the world though, I wouldn't send money throughout from the wealthy to the poor. Instead, you focus on one polity at a time, fix the polity as a whole. You can't just redistribute wealth on a global scale as Marxists can want. You attract investment capital, live below means, build the polity up.
The Left's approach globally would be to pull the US down, bc it's too rich. That's not productive.
