Gowdy Wonders If Democrats Are ‘Fearful’ Trump Dossier Is ‘A Piece Of Fiction’

Democrats are “fearful” that the Trump dossier is “a piece of fiction,” one that the FBI used to form the basis of its investigation into whether the Trump campaign colluded with the Russian government.

That’s one theory that South Carolina Rep. Trey Gowdy is proposing for why Democrats are pushing back so hard against a GOP effort to get answers about the dossier from the FBI and Justice Department.

In an interview with The Daily Caller, the House Intelligence Committee member addressed claims from his Democratic colleagues and some in the media that he and his fellow Republicans are attempting to discredit the dossier and its author, former British spy Christopher Steele, in order to help Trump.

  1. Even if the truth is discovered, we will never know. My guess is, the "Trump dossier," is a direct result of Obama, his administration, and the DNC. There will be links, directly back to those people and groups. And quite possibly, back to the GOP and republicans. Other than Trey Gowdy, and a very few others, the only difference between democrats and republicans, is the R or D behind their name. Does anyone believe John McCain is a republican?

Remember the republicans and GOP worked as hard as democrats to stop President Trump. Look at the last 40+ years of our federal government. It made no difference the make-up. All republican, all democrat, or any combination. The elite's agenda was first and foremost. They are terrified of an awakening by the masses. To anyone paying attention it is clear, the emperor has no clothes. President Trump is bringing their lies and secrets into the open. And BOTH parties want him gone. They want business and usual and to line their own pockets.

Agreed all and McCain has a higher favorability rating with Democrats than Republicans.
