Instagram Removes Photo of MAGA Hat For Violating 'Community Guidelines'

Another ludicrous example of big tech censorship occurred when Instagram removed a photo of a young woman wearing a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat for violating its community guidelines.

“Instagram removed my picture of me and my MAGA hat on. WTF?” tweeted Kathy Zhu

  1. I've got to be honest, I kinda wish I wasn't almost 66. I'd give these socialist companies some real competition. I've looked into the costs of setting up a "Facebook," “YouTube,” or "Twitter." The algorithms for a search engine is a little tougher, but not out of reach. So, replacing Google is possible. However, there are good search engines that are honest.

Everything you need is available online. CPU time, bandwidth, processing is all available and surprisingly affordable once scaled up. The cloud companies that offer these services also supply all the tech people to keep them running. The current cost of processor is about .10 per hour in US, and .065 if you want to move overseas. I’d like to see the model stay 100% American. Now while that ten cents seems cheap, you will literally need thousands of CPUs for services like Facebook, or YouTube.

It really is not hard. The funds to cover the startup are a problem. I estimate it would take 20 to 48 months before they began to cover expenses. I’m just too old to work that hard. Well, maybe not too old but absolutely don’t have the burning drive to work 18-hours a day anymore. There must be some person with a drive to do this. My only caveat, do not become a conservative version of what we have now. Be honest. Welcome and embrace all points of view. Censor no one.
