A federal court upheld a prior dismissal of a challenge to Texas’s campus carry law Thursday, providing individuals with a concealed carry permit the ability to carry a firearm on public university property.

The U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected to revive the lawsuit by three University of Texas at Austin professors, upholding a 2015 law that the trio challenged in July 2016, yet was ultimately dismissed.

  1. That's a good decision. Universities are filled with anarchists, Communists, Socialists and reprobates.....that, and students. The students are usually dumb as a box of rocks. Those that teach, don't want them to learn to protect themselves, and cheer on those cause mayhem to help their efforts to remove firearms. It's part of the master plan for subjugation like Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Pelosi, Reid, Obama, and all the other minions of evil promoted, and promote.
