I can’t make up my mind as to whether or not this is pathos, bathos or a weird mixture of both. Either way there is something decidedly unhealthy about Western culture as it has become of late which is exemplified by an inability to master rational thinking and critical analysis. It would appear that these people exist within an affluent shape shifting bubble of induced psycho-neuroses, a bubble from which they lack the moral and intellectual resources necessary to extricate themselves. This condition has historically been a precursor to societal collapse, out of the chaos of which eventually arises a stronger more cohesive and stable society to begin the cycle all over again.
need somebody to counter that with a good Haka.
