  1. Excellent. The wife, and I, are getting started a lil late. But, at least we started.

    1. Ever try a Bloody Maria? Same as Mary but with Tequila, and even better if made with Mescal. Have a good night.

    2. No, but when I was on one of my R&R's in Taiwan, the plane broke down and we were lodged in a government hotel. In the morning I ordered one and almost spit it out. When I asked what was in it, they said Gin because they couldn't serve Vodka as it was a Communist drink. :) The other places did though. I liked nothing during the 7 days I spent there. Didn't like *Okinawa either, but Indochina, Bangkok and the PI were just fine by me. Been to all of them many times documented on NamSouth. :)

*Though I was there at Camp Kue Army hospital after being Medevaced.

  2. Yeah Brock, I know what you mean. I was privileged to spend a year at Udorn, RTAFB, Thailand, about 35 miles from Vientiane, Laos. Then another 5 years at Clark AB, PI. TOUGH DUTY, cheap cold beer, and hot lil honeys, OUTSTANDING SCUBA DIVING. Numerous TDYs to Korea, and Okinawa. Really tough duty. LOVED IT!
